* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Illinois, including the following
area, Madison IL and east central Missouri, including the
following areas, Franklin MO, Saint Louis City MO and Saint Louis
MO.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall may
result in flash flooding as well as flooding on creeks,
streams, and rivers.
