The City of St. Louis’ PlanSTL Neighborhood Planning program will host two community pop-up demonstrations on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in The Ville, Greater Ville, and Kingsway East neighborhoods. These temporary activations will showcase ways to beautify public spaces, improve safety, and spark joy in the community.
The public is invited to attend and experience these interactive demonstrations:
St. Louis Avenue & Euclid Avenue – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cottage Avenue & Annie Malone Drive (outside Sumner High School) – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The pop-ups will feature creative street designs, public space enhancements, and opportunities for residents to share feedback about what they would like to see in their neighborhoods in order to inform the neighborhood plan and to build confidence.
The PlanSTL Neighborhood Planning program is working closely with residents and other community members to create plans that reflect local priorities and aspirations and to have those plans adopted by the City's Planning Commission.
