Matt Brinker has been promoted to director of preconstruction at Brinkmann Constructors. Brinker joined Brinkmann in 2013 as a preconstruction engineer. Prior to his promotion he was senior preconstruction manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Missouri S&T.
